My Journey

I have worked and lived in the City of Deltona for over 27 years, raising my family here, which reflects my stability, long-term community involvement, and commitment to the community, fostering trust and a sense of shared purpose.

Dedicated political professional with a track record of building disciplined, high-integrity organizations. Expert in "scandal-proofing" operations through the design and implementation of comprehensive governance frameworks, including fiscal accountability standards, zero-tolerance workplace conduct policies, and rigorous data security protocols. Proven ability to navigate high-pressure political environments, securing senior-level buy-in for social media and press discipline to ensure a unified organizational voice. As a professional artist, I focus on delivering impactful, visually compelling work in oils, watercolor, and pastels. I am highly collaborative, adaptable, and reliable, while consistently achieving team goals and fostering creative solutions. I'm known for strong conceptual thinking and keen attention to detail, which have enhanced project outcomes and client satisfaction.

My Contributions

I served on the Board of Trustees at Mosaic Unitarian Universalist in the capacity of an at-large person and vice president. 

In my capacity, I:

· Cultivated strong relationships with key stakeholders, including members, vendors, regulators, and community leaders, to promote collaboration and long-term success.

• ​Authored and enforced a rigorous workplace ethics policy, including modernized sexual harassment reporting and prevention protocols, fostering a professional and inclusive office culture.
​Strengthened financial accountability by implementing new fiscal responsibility standards, ensuring 100% transparency in the allocation of

· Led cross-functional teams for the successful completion of major projects, resulting in increased efficiency and stakeholder satisfaction.

· Managed financial planning and budgeting processes, ensuring fiscal responsibility and maximizing return on investments.

· Transformed member experience by designing and executing comprehensive service improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing satisfaction levels.


I also served on the ACLU, Volusia/Flagler County Chapter, as an at-large executive board member for two non-consecutive terms. In my capacity, I: 

· Collaborated with other board members to develop and execute programs and initiatives to advance the organizational mission.

· Prepared and presented reports to inform the board on organizational progress and goals.

· Assisted with the development of organizational budgets and resource allocation plans.
